Frederick J. Corrubia, Jr.

retired from the Paramus Police Department as Chief after thirty-five (35) years of service. He acted as the Administrative Commander of the Paramus Ceremonial Honor Guard, which performed at major events statewide, including the Blue Mass, the Governor’s Mansion, the New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade and at New York’s Giants’ games. Chief Corrubia is a veteran of the United States Air Force and has his Bachelor of Science degree from William Paterson University. He is responsible for transitioning the Paramus Police Department from a reactive department to a pro-active department and his achievements were recognized by the New Jersey D.A.R.E. program which named him Chief of the Year in 2005.
